Ukraine fully took gas from RosUkrEnergo.

Energy Customs State Customs Service of Ukraine fully rastamozhila gas, which is claimed RosUkrEnergo. This said Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko says Ukrainian Pravda. 11 billion cubic meters of gas were transferred to Naftogaz of Ukraine. For this fuel Ukraine paid in February, the value added tax and import duties.
In January 2009, the former head of Ukraine Valery Gostamozhni Horoshkovsky stated that the agency can not rastamozhit 11 billion cubic meters of gas, since it required the consent of all shareholders of RosUkrEnergo. In doing so, Tymoshenko claimed that the Government of Ukraine is calculated from RosUkrEnergo for gas, pay 1.7 billion dollars, which are received from Gazprom for the transit of fuel across the country.
About that "Naftogaz Ukraine" has bought from Russia 11 billion cubic meters of gas in storage facilities RosUkrEnergo, it was reported Jan. 21, 2009. The cost of fuel was 153.9 dollars per thousand cubic meters. On behalf of the RosUkrEnergo agreement of sale signed by Deputy Head of the legal department of Gazprom Nikolay Dubik.
Nevertheless, according to the ordinance RosUkrEnergo, the document can be effective only if it had been signed by both the executive director of the company. In addition to the representative of "Gazprom" to sign also had to co-owner of Ukrainian Dmitry Firtash. Does he put his signature in the clearance of gas, Tymoshenko did not specify.
Later RosUkrEnergo threatened the Government of Ukraine court. According to the company, it is not sold in the underground gas storage facilities, and thus his selection is illegal.
