In Moscow at the talks the President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev and President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov failed signing of the document on the pipeline "East - West" in Turkmenistan, which will build the "Gazprom". This writes the newspaper "Vedomosti".
Planned to sign an agreement on the outcome of negotiations the presidents, but signed the documents did not prove it. The newspaper Kommersant wrote that the whole of Moscow and Ashgabat have signed 11 agreements and protocols, and 1 memorandum.
