Prosecutors complained of "the Russian Venture Company.

First Deputy Prosecutor General of Russia Alexander Buksman made a submission to the Minister of Economic Development Elvira Nabiullina, reports RIA Novosti. The document relates to the identified violations in the activities of the Russian Venture Company (MER), chairman of the board of directors which is Nabiullina.
According to prosecutors, the funds listed MERs venture funds spent inefficiently. In this scheme have been identified in which the funds earmarked for the development of the economy of the Russian Federation, listed in the U.S. to accounts set up companies there. Thus, the MER does not perform the tasks assigned to the company the Government of Russia.
"The Russian Venture Company was established in 2006 as a public fund of funds. It is investing in the innovation economy through venture funds. The authorized capital of the MERs is 28226 billion rubles.
