The Government of Ukraine is prepared to work in 2009 without a budget.

The Ukrainian Government has drawn up a plan of action in case the law on state budget for 2009 will not be passed on time in the Verkhovna Rada. It is reported Korrespondent.net. The plan, consisting of 21 item was approved by Cabinet on 26 November.
According to the document, the Ministry of Finance will adopt a temporary painting the state budget of Ukraine for the first quarter of 2009. The Government has decided not to lay the budget expenditures, which it offered in September in the bill on the state budget for 2009, but which are not budgeted for 2008.
