Russian employers went on a sharp decline in vacancies.

Work in Russia has become harder to find because of the mass closure of vacancies. This writes the newspaper Kommersant, referring to the studies of Romir.
More than a third lost in autumn 2008 of the Russians found a new place just a week, and another third are still looking for work. The average time frame find a suitable job has increased 3-5 times. In doing so, the higher the qualifications and salary expectations of the employee, the more time he spends in search of work.
At the end of November the number of officially registered unemployed reached 1.29 million. In doing so, according to Rosstat, in October the number of Russians left without jobs totaled 4.6 million.
In December, Prime Minister of Russia Vladimir Putin stated that the projected increase in the number of officially registered unemployed Russians to two million in 2009.
Earlier, Russian media reported that nearly a third of Russian firms are planning to or have already begun to decline in the state.
