The amendments involve the provision of gosgaranty on loans totaling 300 billion rubles.
In particular, the guarantee will be provided for Credit strategic enterprises and organizations of the MIC to 100 billion rubles. Even at 200 billion will be progarantirovany companies selected by the Government of Russia order. The condition of obtaining guarantees to be channeling funds to primary production activities and investments.
The internal debt in rubles may be increased to 300 billion rubles. The limit for each individual guarantee in the Russian currency would be 5 billion rubles and foreign - from 50 to 150 million dollars.
About three-year budget revision, signed on November 24, President Dmitry Medvedev, first announced four days later, Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin. The need to adjust the budget has been linked with a possible drop in oil and gas revenues and a significant slowdown in GDP growth in 2009 due to the global economic crisis.
Originally anticipated that Russia's GDP in the 2009-2011 year will grow by almost 30 percent and budget revenues - about a third.
