Goskorporatsiya Rosatom and Gazprom agreed to cooperate in energy pipelines. The agreement was signed on 16 December, the General Director of "Rosatom" Sergei Kiriyenko and Chairman of the gas monopoly Alexei Miller, RIA Novosti.
The agreement is six years. It also implies the cooperation of both holding companies in the development of technologies to improve the efficiency of exploration, extraction and transportation of natural gas.
Among other things, the parties will cooperate in developing Shtokman deposit, as well as deposits of Yamal and the Far East, sends agency Interfax. Rosatom and Gazprom will develop a joint program of scientific and technological cooperation, renewed every three years.
