According to the latest forecast Ministry, this year Russia's economy to shrink by 0.2 percent. Previously, agency suggested that the country's GDP in 2009 increased by 2,4 percent, and Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin said that Russia's economic growth will be close to zero.
