In the government of Russia introduced a draft program for the development of transport complex of the Moscow region, which provides for a deficit of 1.33 trillion rubles, writes Vedomosti.
According to the publication, in particular transport FTP involves the construction in Moscow by 2015, 95 kilometers of roads and increasing the length of the subway network to 27 per cent. Cost of the program will be 4.9 trillion rubles, with most of it spend the federal budget, Moscow, and private investors.
Program is ready to cover the deficit of the federal budget, but only in respect to the development of airports, rail and river transport, as well as the construction of several roads. In this part of the road network in Moscow and the entire Metro remain without funding.
To address this issue, Ministry of Transport proposed to allocate 1.33 billion from the federal budget, but the idea, according to Vedomosti, was not endorsed by the Ministry of Regional Development, Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Finance.
The missing money, the ministries propose to add Moscow, Moscow and investors. Meanwhile in the capital mayoralty opposed this. The publication cites the first vice-mayor of Moscow, Yuri Rosliak - in his words, he expects that "all attempts to pass on to the city budget, federal obligations will be halted, and the government will approve the program."
