Rosneft and Transneft agreed with China for a loan.

Russian companies Rosneft and Transneft signed the final documents with the Chinese CNPC and the China Development Bank for a loan of 25 billion dollars, informs "Interfax". According to the documents, Russian companies will receive credit in exchange for oil deliveries to China for 20 years.
Loan Agreement was signed on February 17 in Beijing during the meeting of Deputy Prime Minister Igor Sechin of Russia Deputy Premier of China State Council Wang Tsishanem. In addition, the Vice-Premier confirmed the final agreement on the construction of a branch pipeline from Eastern Siberia - Pacific Ocean (ESPO) and Transneft and CNPC signed a contract for the construction and operation of this site.
Russian oilmen have asked China for a loan at the end of October 2008. October 28, the parties signed a memorandum under which the Chinese side has agreed to provide loans to Russia. This included the allocation of $ 15 billion, Rosneft and 10 billion - "Transneft". The signed document is valid until March 2009.
In 2004, Rosneft signed with China's CNPC a contract to supply 48.4 million tons of oil. This paper ends in 2010. Long time, Rosneft and CNPC could not agree to extend the agreement because they could not agree on the value of shipments.
