That was reported by RIA Novosti. The amendments relate to the allocation of Kyrgyzia adjustment credit, which Russia has promised to send before the end of 2009.
According to the State Secretary and Deputy Minister of Finance Sergey Shatalov, credit is not provided 20-m secret annex to the budget, so it needs to be adjusted. This is not a modification of the cost, and their redistribution.
Previously, it was reported that Russia has agreed to provide Kyrgyzstan $ 300 million for 40 years and seven years deferred payment. Interest on the loan amount to 0.75 per cent a year. Also, Russia will repay part of the public debt of Kyrgyzstan, which is 193.5 million dollars.
In addition, Russia will help Kyrgyzstan $ 150 million on a pro bono basis. The parties also agreed on the acquisition of Russia 48 percent of the shares of "Dastan" and building the cultural center in Bishkek.
In late 2008, it was reported that Russia will provide Kyrgyzia two billion dollars in credit. In 2009, Kyrgyzstan has decided to close the military base "Manas" in the country. According to Russian officials, credits in no way connected with the closure of military bases.
