Schwarzenegger has asked the court to send officials to the unpaid leave.

Governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger sued the chief inspector of finance, John Chang (John Chiang), refused to send an unpaid leave of more than 15 thousand civil servants, informs Associated Press.
