Obama will sign the crisis plan on 17 February.

U.S. President Barack Obama will sign the plan of anti-crisis measures to stabilize the financial and economic situation on Tuesday February 17 in Denver, reports Reuters referring to the representative of the White House.
Previously, recall, the plan was agreed upon and adopted by the House of Representatives (246 votes in favor and 183 - "against") and Senate (60 votes for and 38 - "against") and for its entry into force is only a signature Obama.
The plan provides for the allocation of 787 billion dollars to set up financial assistance to various organizations and agencies affected by the financial crisis. In doing so, 35 percent of this amount is in tax breaks.
