Back in October 2008 in Russia costs were 24.6 percent less revenue, but in November the cost of all the Russians were at 7.1 per cent more revenue. Total expenses in the past year, the population was 25526 billion rubles and revenues - 25.522 trillion rubles.
According to the Ministry of Economy, it comes from the fact that ordinary income is not enough to achieve normal levels of consumption, so the Russians had to spend savings of past years. According to Rosstat cash accumulation population over the last five months dropped by more than 830 billion rubles (at 9.7 per cent).
According to the consulting firm Cornerstone Inc., 73 percent of Russian companies do not plan to raise wages to their employees during the first two quarters of 2009. In 2008, real wages of Russians grew by 9.7 percent compared to 2007.
