Russia to cut a third of spending on construction of new power plants.

Budget funding for the general scheme of electric power by 2020 could decline by 30 percent. That was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to a source familiar with the draft amendments to the document.
In addition, officials may seriously alter the plans laid out in genshemu delivery projects by increasing the time frame for their implementation.
In the Ministry of Energy Agency reported that the scheme is still debated, but the final decision in the government has not yet been decided.
