Putin appointed a new head Rosstrahnadzora.

Member of the State Duma and the president of the All-Russian Insurers Union (WBU), Alexander Koval was appointed head of the Federal Office of Insurance Supervisors (Rosstrahnadzora). In line with the signed prime minister of Russia Vladimir Putin, informs RIA Novosti.
At this position was replaced by Ilya Koval-Lomakina Rumyantseva, directed Rosstrahnadzorom to 22 March 2009. Lomakin-Rumyantsev was appointed head of the expert management of the president.
Koval candidacy for the post of head of Rosstrahnadzora suggested that Vice-Premier and Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin at the end of March this year. Koval is included in the State Duma Committee on financial markets, and for the past seven years, is headed by the BCC, which brings together the largest Russian insurance companies.
Rosstrahnadzor exercises control and supervision of insurance and the Ministry of Finance is attached service.
