New taxes to the budget-2009 will not be.

The statement was made first vice-premier Igor Shuvalov, reports RIA Novosti. In particular, it will not put a tax on financial transactions.
Earlier, Russian media reported that the Federal Tax Service (NRF) has proposed to introduce in Russia a new tax of 0.5 percent on all financial transactions of legal persons. Additional budget revenues from this new tax estimated at 400 billion rubles.
In addition to the tax on bank transactions NRF has proposed several measures the total value of a trillion rubles. Among other things, recommended to extend the tax recovery of tax arrears to three years.
Shuvalov also said that the government soon will not make a decision on the imposition of differential tax on individuals. Earlier, in favor of maintaining a flat tax scale in the near future, called Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, speaking before the State Duma.
Recall that the budget for 2009-2011 has been changed because of the deteriorating situation and the economic crisis in Russia and the world. The amended version of the budget was adopted by the State Duma on April 6 in the first reading. The budget deficit will be 3 trillion rubles, which is a record in the history of the country.
