The Government of Moscow Region dismissed the head of financial units Alexei Panteleeva and instead appointed him head of "Mosoblgaz" Dmitry Bolshakov. This writes the newspaper Kommersant. This rearrangement was the third since the summer of 2008, when retired, former Finance Minister Alexei Kuznetsov region.
