The Ministry of Finance of Russia has offered to create a new goskorporatsiyu, which will deal with the National System of payment cards (NSPK) Russian payment card. " This writes the newspaper Vedomosti, citing a copy of the bill on the national payment system, prepared by officials.
In the Ministry of Finance received the newspaper refused to comment on the document, explaining that the bill will be fully developed until December 2009.
