Federal Customs Service (FCS) for the first two months of 2009 contributed to the budget of 416 billion rubles. This is 36 percent smaller than on the basis of the same period last year, said Interfax. This reduction in fees in February FCS increased to 41.5 per cent compared with February 2008.
