Cost of WTI crude oil with delivery in April at the New York Mercantile Exchange NYMEX has exceeded the 51 dollar per barrel. By 15:55 Moscow time oil went up to 51.08 dollars per barrel. In the course of electronic trading on the stock exchange price of oil reached the maximum 51.65 dollars per barrel.
The value of WTI crude oil grade is the highest since 28 November 2008, transmits AFP. Oil prices mark Brent with delivery in May rose to 49.95 dollars per barrel, which was the peak value of 7 January 2009.
