Government urezhet costs of the APEC summit.

The Government of Russia will reduce the project budget for infrastructure development of Vladivostok, where in 2012 the summit will be held on the Asia-Pacific Forum (APEC). This writes the newspaper "Vedomosti". Concrete proposals to reduce the number of scheduled yet, but because of the crisis, the Government will not be able to finance the construction in full.
Total for the APEC summit in Vladivostok development planned to spend 284 billion rubles, of which 202 billion rubles to choose from the federal budget. First vice-premier Igor Shuvalov has already asked the Minister Viktor regionrazvitiya Basarginu make the reduced cost estimates. Sources Vedomosti reported that officials have even discussed the possibility of converting the APEC summit in another city, but Shuvalov assured that the transfer of the summit is planned.
