According to the Ministry of Finance, budget revenues in the first two months of this year amounted to 1219 trillion rubles, expenses - 1103 trillion rubles.
The largest revenue budget has brought the Federal Tax Service of Russia. Proceeds from this department for two months amounted to 480.07 billion rubles. Federal Customs Service referred to the 416.47 billion rubles. The rest of the federal authorities were able to provide revenue budget of $ 319.5 billion rubles.
Recall that in the last two months of last year, Russia was the budget deficit. In November, the budget deficit reached 270 billion rubles, and in December - 805 billion rubles. As a result of the whole of last year budget was profitsitnym - income exceeded expenditure by 1.7 trillion rubles.
Now the government of Russia on behalf of Prime Minister Vladimir Putin is revising the budget parameters for 2009. The document is reviewed on the basis of forecasting oil prices of 41 dollars per barrel, but not $ 95 as it was incorporated in the current version of the budget, adopted in November 2008.
According to preliminary estimates, the income budget-2009 will drop by 42 percent compared to 2008 year. This rate will be 6.3 trillion rubles. Costs to reach 9.5 trillion rubles. In doing so, the budget deficit will be eight per cent of GDP.
March 10, 2009 the Minister of Finance of Russia Alexey Kudrin said that the Government has temporarily waived the federal budget plan for three years and returned to a one-budget.
