In 2008, Ukraine has already agreed with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for a loan of 16.5 billion dollars, the first tranche of which 4.5 billion dollars has already received the Ukrainian side. One of the conditions for the allocation of this loan, as required by the IMF, is strengthened Ukraine in 2009.
