Russia and Armenia signed an agreement on stabilization loan.

That was reported by a local agency Panorama with reference to the statement by the Ministry of Finance of Armenia.
Credit is granted for 15 years, four of them - a grace period. The agreement does not imply any additional non-financial commitment on the part of Armenia.
For the first time that Russia is negotiating for a loan of Armenia, it was reported by Vice-Premier and Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin, Russia in late January 2009.
