However, just before New Year's negotiations have been terminated - the head of "Naftogaz" Oleg Dubina has received the command to return to Kiev, not signing contracts.
"It is proved that this was a coordinated activity on the breakdown of the contract and provocation by the Ukrainian gas conflict, and we will contact the Prosecutor General's Office for prosecution," - said Bogoslovskaya.
In addition, she stated that signed on January 19, 2009 gas contracts are not beneficial to Ukraine, and this - "a betrayal of national interests."
However, as noted by the deputy, the commission found that Ukraine is not stealing Russian gas. "We do not confirm the fact of theft of gas. Ukraine removed from the pipe 52 million cubic meters of Russian gas, but they were returned in a short time", - said Bogoslovskaya.
Recall that at the turn of 2008-2009, Russia and Ukraine blamed each other for failure to comply with the agreements on the transit of gas to Europe, as well as the unwillingness to compromise in negotiations on a new contract for the supply of fuel to Ukraine.
Gas conflict has led to supply Russian gas to Europe suspended nearly two weeks.
