Officials performed for a year only 4 orders of Governments to promote TEKa.

In 2008, out of 157 requests to the government and the president, aimed at developing TEKa, was made only 4. The remaining orders either were not performed at all, or require additional work in the ministries. This writes the newspaper Vedomosti.
All of these assignments have been collected in the "Program for measures that promote TEKa", which was approved by the Commission on 24 December under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister Igor Sechin. According to the sources of publication, the document was prepared to look at the situation with the execution of orders of government and the president in the sector.
The newspaper says that if the government used to extend the deadlines related orders were loyal, but now that attitude change to the contrary. If the delivery dates of assignments will be disrupted, then those responsible will be punished. Furthermore, the performers will be accountable to the secretariat of the Commission on the implementation of Sechin orders twice a month.
At the December meeting Sechin subordinates gave more than 40 new orders. Among them were several documents, which for years may not appear in the final. This, for example, "General Scheme of the gas industry by 2030, which Gazprom has begun to produce an additional two years ago. The same is the case with "Energy Strategy to 2030, the end of the period over which the constantly postponed.
