The Government of Kyrgyzstan has developed the country's development strategy for 2009-2011 for the implementation of which will require $ 8 billion. That was reported by Interfax. "
According to the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Zhaparova, part of the implementation of the strategy will be allocated from the state budget (4.8 billion dollars), while the remaining funds will provide the private sector (2.8 billion dollars) and international financial institutions (600 million dollars) .
The paper provides several scenarios for the situation in the Belarusian economy, which indicated the growth of GDP of at least 2.8 percent a year and a maximum - at 7-7,5 percent.
Now the Ministry of Finance Russia considers possibility of granting credit Kyrgyzia a $ 2 billion for a period of 40 years under the rate of 0,7 per cent a year.
GDP growth in Kyrgyzstan in 2008 was 6 percent, while inflation in the country by the end of the year amounted to 22,5 percent. Income of the country's budget in 2008 amounted to 1,17 billion dollars, and expenditures - 1,2 billion. According to the CIA Factbook, the country's external debt at June 2007 stood at 3 billion dollars.
