The World Bank will help the poorest countries "fast loans."

The World Bank will create a fund for disbursement of loans the world's poorest countries, reported AFP. The amount of fund will be two billion dollars. States will be able to get quick money for investment in education and health, as well as infrastructure development. These measures, estimated the World Bank will help the poorest States to survive the global financial crisis.
18 Nov., 2008 World Bank announced that intends to double its lending to countries in the current fiscal year ending in June 2009. The maximum credit is now at 35-40 billion dollars. The money is planned to send to the maintenance of the economies most affected by the crisis, among them Poland, Hungary, Belarus and the Baltic countries.
Along with the World Bank is providing financial support to States and the International Monetary Fund (IMF). In early October, he promised to provide loans to countries facing the consequences of the global financial crisis. For help in the fund have already Hungary, Iceland, Ukraine, Serbia, Pakistan, Latvia, Turkey and some other states.
