Combining federal agencies Rosregistratsii, Rosnedvizhimosti and Roskartografii will be made in the next two years, said First Vice Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov. His words RIA Novosti. According to Shuvalov, structural changes in the agencies will be made within one year with effect from 1 January 2009.
Combining the three agencies will be under a unified system of cadastre, the registration of real estate and building databases. It is expected that this will now created the Federal Agency inventory, registration and cartography.
Previously expected to convey Rosregistratsiyu, Rosnedvizhimost and Roskartografiyu federal agency Rosimuschestvo. However, in late September 2008, Ministry of Economic Development of Russia has made to the Government a proposal to establish one of the three agencies. In doing so, the assessment agency, a single registrar can begin already from 1 January 2009.
In May 2008, it was reported that three federal agencies and Rosimuschestvo will be merged into the Federal Agency for Management of State property, which was to earn from 1 October this year.
