By 2030, oil production in Russia will rise to 530 million tons and gas - up to 706 billion cubic meters a year. Such figures led the representative of the Ministry Vitaly Bushuyev, referring to the percentage of the national energostrategii country until 2030, RIA Novosti. For comparison, in 2007, gas production in Russia amounted to 651 billion cubic meters and oil production - 491 million tons.
The sharp increase in oil production, according to the ministry, will happen in the coming years. Thus, as early as 2010, production was 561 million tons and by 2015 will increase to 616 million tons. In doing so already by 2020, production will decrease to 535 million tons a year.
With regard to gas production, it is, rather, will consistently grow in coming years. Thus, in 2010, will be produced 561 billion cubic meters in the 2015-meters - 616 billion in the 2020-meters - 661 billion, and 2025-meters - 681 billion cubic meters.
Curiously, the earlier the Ministry gave a different prognosis. According to the newspaper Kommersant, which refers to unpublished data submitted to the meetings with oil companies in the government, by 2013 oil production will decline to 397 million tons. The decline in production will happen if officials do not change the existing tax system for oil.
If the tax system change, then by 2013 output of 489 million tons. Nevertheless, even this figure Minenergo incompatible with the data, talking on 8 December.
Previously, some Russian oil companies predicted decline in oil production and advised officials to take additional tax incentives for fuel companies. For example, in April 2008, vice-president of Lukoil, Leonid Fedun said that oil production in 2007 reached an absolute record, which hardly ever will be pobit.
