Germany returns citizen three billion euros travel expenses.

The German authorities return their nationals three billion euros in tax compensation for travel expenses in 2007, tells AFP. This will be done by the Constitutional Court pronounced on 9 December 2008. According to him, travel expenses for the residents of the suburb will be returned in full.

As expected, government budget deficits of Germany, on the basis of 2008 will be 0.2 percent of GDP. In 2009, he may increase.
